Mmmm windy weekend and good tides. In the search for more loop ramps I sailed Shoreham after first checking out a very crappy looking onshore Hove. Shoreham was cross slightly on, stacked 4.5 windy and ramp-tastic. Loop attempts today were well into double figures again and I felt like I made some more progress. For the first time on a couple of attempts I landed with the board pointing in the right direction with my back foot still in the strap but in spite of my efforts I couldn't quite get the rig to fly for a quick waterstart away. Some of the rotations I'm getting now feel great. (although I'm willing to accept they probably still look crap from the beach...)

To end the session I took Steve's Evo 80 for a spin...and I'm now it's proud owner. Hoping it will be the tool for the job of 5.3-5.8 big groundswell days at Gwithian etc and abroad.

Forecast for tomorrow suggests more of the same. :)
